Shipping + Returns

You liked what you saw and you've placed an order - BRILLIANT! Once the order has successfully gone through, we'll send you an order confirmation email receipt. Your order will then be processed and ready for shipping within 7 working business days. At this stage, you will receive another email with a tracking number, which will allow you to track the progress of the package. 

At the moment, we only offer standard delivery within the U.K. (2-5 working business days) at £3.95. Should you have any questions or failed to receive any of those emails mentioned above, please give us a shout as soon as possible at the below email address and we'll solve this for you asap:


All orders will be shipped via a courier service and we trust them to deliver your packages on time. However, we are not responsible for late shipment due to bad weather, holidays, natural disasters, strikes or carriers delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement or shipping charges. 

If for some reason there is a problem with your order and it cannot be shipping on time, we will let you know as soon as possible.



Not feeling the look? No worries! Just return the unwanted item and exchange it for something the same price, or just pay the difference if the alternative item is more expensive. Unfortunately, we currently operate under a no refund policy.

To qualify for return and exchange:

• Item(s) must be returned and arrived at EASTFENG within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note (see below for full address)

• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and odour-free

• Item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags intact

• Please note: sale item(s) is non-returnable

All returns are at the buyers costs and will not be refunded by EASTFENG LONDON. We aim to process all returns within 5 working business days of receipt at EASTFENG LONDON. Please allow a further 5-10 working days for any refund to appear in your account. 

Items that are returned to us in error or does not qualify for an exchange will only be resent back to the buyer’s at his cost.
